Jeff Lorberbaum entered his family business, Aladdin Mills, after graduating college in 1976. He was instrumental in Aladdin’s backward integration into fiber manufacturing. Jeff and his family have provided significant support to local, regional and national charities. The Mohawk Carpet Foundation provides annual support to more than 100 charities in a dozen states.  Jeff was a leading advocate for the industry's involvement with the Carpet America Recovery Effort. Jeff formalized the Mohawk Business Strategy to ensure a consistent philosophy that would permeate the organization and perpetuate key values that Jeff has championed.
