Congratulations on taking the first step toward becoming a Certified Flooring Executive.
Developed by an industry peer committee, the multiple choice exam contains questions
covering areas of competency required to operate a successful floor covering business,
including management, leadership, marketing, financial and general skills, along
with some general product knowledge, that a business owner or manager much possess.
Upon successful completion of all application requirements and payment of fees,
you will be notified by e-mail and provided a link, username and password to access
the on-line exam.
Fees may be paid by providing credit card information on the application form, or
if preferred may be mailed to:

You will receive your score immediately at the conclusion of the exam. If you pass,
you will also receive written confirmation from the WFCA along with your CFE Certification,
lapel pin and marketing materials. If you do not pass, you will be allowed to retake
the exam at no charge.

Certification is valid for two years. To maintain your Industry Certification you
must submit a renewal form documenting a minimum of 10 new hours of approved continuing
education related to the floor covering industry and a $50 renewal fee.
